What happens if my piece arrives damaged?

Replacing one of a kind pieces is impossible! Heirloom Haze will refund you in full if proof of damage is reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Will my package arrive discreetly?

All items will arrive in discreet packaging to protect your privacy.

Can I get a refund or exchange my piece?

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

How do I maintain cleanliness of my piece?

We recommend using alcohol and salt for the inside, soap and water for the outside.

Yes, all details entered in our site go through a secure socket layer technology (SSL). Your details are encrypted and securely transmitted through the payment gateway in order to be processed. Your credit card information is never stored.
